Yes folks - it is the brat's turn again....
This time we have Canada and one of your very own American mums up to the post.
Brat is proud and honoured to be fasting on the 31st with Rae - some of you know
Rae from the Letter Writing Team - she is a Team Leader - and the mum of a
recently returned Iraqi hero(even though he rejects that label!!)
You may remember that all funds raised from the sale of the t shirts (thanks
Cyndy ) are going to Soldiers Angels... Those of you who
followed my first 24 hours also know that some Angels decided to donate extra $$
and challenge other Angels to follow.
Well - this time I want to challenge Angels up front to donate/ sponsor this
day. As you all know, SA has many ongoing projects which NEED our help. I have
no money - is why I give my time - and my weight!
But this time how about any Angels who feel they can pledge whatever amount you
can afford to a per hour thing? I shall be going for the whole 24 hours. I hope
to sleep more than one hour this time. I learned a lot the first time out.... I
WILL be posting and blogging as I did last time.. I know Kat last time promised
I would be entertaining - I was NOT but promise to try and do better this time -
hey I even have a few more days scheduled so by the time this is over who knows
what mayhem I can create?
So my pledge to you all is - I will entertain the 'troops' and you can support
the troops even more than you already do. I dont need to know what $$ you
pledge. I know you all support our guys, and ANY amount you give will be well
used......
So my day this time is to support Rae - and her sons - and my Canadian who is on
his way home...yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaa..and the individual soldiers I have
come to know and love. I WILL be naming names this time - with permission of
course!!!
