Friday's Feast

Appetizer
Name two things that made you smile this week.

1) - When work granted my vacation request for the last week of May, so I can go to Washington, D.C.!!!

2) - Ummm... hmmm.... lemme think.... Oh yeah! Today was PAYDAY! :)

Soup
Fill in the blank: Don't you hate it when ________?

You have SO much to do, you kind of lock up & shut down cuz you don't know where to start??? Yeah...me too. :(

Salad
When you can't go to sleep, what is your personal remedy to help yourself drift into Lullabyland?

Yoga does WONDERS... and so does Tylenol PM. ;-)

Main Course
What is something about which you've always wondered but have not yet found a good answer?

If nothing sticks to Teflon... How do they get Teflon to stick to a pan??? ;)

Dessert
What is your favorite pasta dish?

Spaghetti with LOTS & LOTS of sauce!

Great feast! Your appetizer sounds awesome. And that one about the teflon is good too. I wonder that too.

My feast is up.

Have fun in DC! I lived in the area for 4 years and you couldn't pay me to go back, LOL!

Carrie - it's not a strictly "fun" trip.. in many ways, it will be solemn and heartbreaking (but inspiring, too). The remains of a GA VietNam Veteran who was MIA until just this pass year, when his remains were recovered and returned to his family, will be buried in Arlington National Cemetary. The Georgia Patriot Guard Riders will be in attendance. We will also be visiting other places as well...like Walter Reed Hospital, the Wall, etc etc etc.

Hi Kat,
Seems we are not in the same time zone when it comes to catching each other online. Just thought I'd drop in and say Hey! Hope things are going well for you!

I can *totally* relate to your soup. Happens to me all the time. So I walk around nearly perpetually paralyzed. :-P

Spag-a-ta-hetti, per my sis when we were kids. Yummy with Paul Newman's sauce. (The kids prefer cheesy.)

My feast is served!
